Terms of Service

PILOT Academy is an educational product. All lessons, charts, strategy overlays, market replays, guides, PILOT Scores, trade ideas and community content are provided for education and information only. Nothing on PILOT is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, nor a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any financial instrument.

Trading and investing carry a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance and historical or simulated examples are not a reliable indicator of future results. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should seek independent professional advice if you are unsure. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

PILOT does not manage money, execute trades on your behalf as a service, or guarantee any result, profit, income or win rate. Any figures shown are illustrative or educational only.

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the PILOT website, PILOT Academy and, where separately granted, PILOT Elite (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use PILOT.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

PILOT Academy and PILOT Elite are separate. An Academy subscription does not grant Elite access. PILOT Elite is a private, invite-only area; access requires a valid Elite invitation and remains at our discretion. Invitations may be single-use, time-limited and revocable.

PILOT Academy is offered as a recurring monthly subscription at £14.99 per month (or the price shown at checkout), billed in advance. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge until you cancel.

Prices may change; we will give reasonable notice of any change to your recurring price before it takes effect.

You may cancel at any time from your Membership page. When you cancel, your membership is set to end at the close of your current paid period — you keep access until then, and you are not charged again.

Your learning progress, saved plans, certificates and history are retained after cancellation so you can resume if you resubscribe. We do not create a fresh profile on resubscribe.

Except where required by law, payments already made for the current period are generally non-refundable given the digital, immediately-accessible nature of the content.

You agree not to:

• share, resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute Academy content, guides or account access;
• copy, scrape, or use automated means to extract content except as expressly permitted;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or PILOT Elite;
• reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its security;
• use the Service for anything unlawful or in breach of applicable market or financial regulations.

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, without refund where the breach is material.

All content, materials, branding, charts, overlays, software and the PILOT name are owned by or licensed to PILOT and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the content for your own learning while your membership is active.

Downloadable guides and plans are for your personal use only.

The Service may display third-party sourced trade ideas, signals, commentary and market data. Where content is sourced from third parties it is labelled as such. It is provided for information only, may be inaccurate or delayed, and is not endorsed as advice. PILOT is not responsible for third-party content or the availability of third-party services.

Market and broker connectivity (for example practice/paper environments) is provided on an as-is basis and may be unavailable, delayed or discontinued.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PILOT and its team will not be liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to PILOT in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and material changes will be notified where reasonable. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
